CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS MATTER
In these tough times, the value of both personal and professional relationships should never be far from mind, many would argue uppermost. Shirley Anne Fortina, long time LunchBox List supporter through a variety of corporate roles, now Director of The POD Consultancy, specialises in customer relationship management, and has some excellent tips for you to think about now and ongoing to ensure you have the best work relationships possible:
1. Know where your key customer relationships are at – to help, rate them on a 1-5 scale
2. Take time regularly to network, connect and add to your circle of influence
3. Develop a relationship ‘plan’ for all top clients
4. Never take your customer relationships for granted
5. Think long-term. Remember too, it’s the little things that matter and create value

Do think about getting a business boost at The Making of Me this month. Your career development and skills building has never mattered more and with the best of MOM packed into a half day format this month, you are guaranteed to benefit and take back to work new knowledge and a new attitude – pretty good value we think and much needed in these tougher times!
