LunchBox List has grown from 5000 to 7000 subscribers this year, all receiving our weekly e-LIST communication and benefitting from top tips, event updates and information about issues for women with careers and in business.
In all we held 12 major events across the year including six Lunch time events and four Making of Me days inspiring over 2500 women to enhance and develop their careers and lives.
Worldly Women in March 2008 was again the biggest event in WA celebrating International Women’s Day attracting 750 women and school girls and 6 March 2009 looks set to be bigger yet with reserved tickets and 10 stands already booked for the morning career expo. LIST Inspire Awards launched in 2008 with the Awards Presentation lunch attended by 350 people, recognising 65 truly inspirational women, one inspiring man and highlighting those companies supporting women. We encourage you to start thinking now of your nominations for the Awards next year so that they again promote the most inspirational women in our community.
We welcomed 130 LISTmembers to the membership program, many taking the opportunities to attend the three launch events this year including a Terrace High Tea, Boardroom Verities and The LunchBox Party. Our enhanced website was launched in January with even more interactive features for you including LISTpoll quick surveys, LISTmoves profiling WA women on the move, LISTcalendar of events happening around Perth, Have Your Say forum and much more, as well as taking all bookings online.
LISTminizine editions in winter and summer allowed LunchBox List to inspire thousands more women with a great read, tips and lessons from an array of women and our partners.
LunchBox List also introduced you to 75+ amazing, leading WA business women as speakers throughout the year at events.
Well – what a year! In all LunchBox List touched the lives of over 10,000 WA women in 2008 in many ways. We value your connection with us and look forward to providing you with a fantastic calendar of events, also great reading both in print and online.
