Peta is the Executive Manager of Centrecare Corporate and a highly regarded organisational consultant, trainer and therapist.
Her current responsibilities include organisational consulting, counselling, training, coordinating programs, corporate coaching and organisational conflict management. Her team conducts approximately 6000 workplace counselling sessions in WA each year.
Peta is frequently called on to assist with strategic direction; values based leadership and organisational “visioning" for corporate, not-for-profit and government sector organisations.
Nationally and internationally, her approach to workplace issues has been described as “a profound and long overdue shift” in dealing with workplace difficulties and organisational culture change.
As creator of the internationally recognised “Vibrant Workplace” model, Peta has presented throughout Australia and internationally on topics including solution oriented practices for management, strength based approaches to people management, organisational culture change and helpful conversations in the workplace.
