Claire Swyny is the General Manager for Chandler Macleod Consulting in WA. With a Masters in Organisational Psychology from Curtin University and previous roles in Bankwest, Ansett Australia and Pretzel Logic, Claire progressed from receiving her Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Learning in 2000 to her current role. Claire’s key responsibilities and area’s of specialization at Chandler Macleod have included executive leadership development, psychometric assessment for selection and employee development, outplacement, coaching, career transition and organization culture surveys. Claire has worked with many different industry’s including mining, oil and gas industry, government and travel. |
