Rebecca Hansen is the People and Development Manager for Minter Ellison Lawyers Perth office and oversees the firm's recruitment and retention programs. Recently Rebecca has redeveloped the firm's graduate recruitment programs and has also been a driving member of the firm's Values Review team. Rebecca is also involved in Minter Ellison's community investment program for the Perth office. The primary goal of the program is to coordinate the firm's contribution to the wellbeing and development of the broader internal and external communities within which it operates. This involves identifying social and community issues which are relevant to the firm and its people and provides opportunities for people to be directly involved. |
