Alison Gaines joined Gerard Daniels Australia in 2006 and is now the global practice leader for board and general consulting after nine years as the CEO with the Law Society of Western Australia.
In her capacity at Gerard Daniels she advises on governance performance, executive and board remuneration, director nominations, CEO and executive performance, recruitment and retention strategies and organisational reviews.
Previously, Alison spent 15 years in the public sector having held senior appointments in strategic human resource policy, social and economic policy.
She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Alison has significant board and committee experience in Australia and internationally and is also the Deputy Chancellor of Murdoch University.
